Do I have to book a table?
Bounce offers venues designed for groups. We highly recommend booking a table in advance for groups of 6+, as there is no guarantee of availability without a booking. On a daily basis we set a certain number of tables aside for 'walk-in guests' and smaller groups; however they are in high demand and tend to develop a significant waiting list very quickly. These tables are allocated on a first come first served basis and are much more accessible during off-peak periods: before 6pm Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.
How long is the wait for walk-in tables?
The walk-in tables are first come first serve and are in very high demand. Depending on the time of arrival and the demand for a walk-in table, waiting time can be up to 3 hours between 7pm - 9.30pm (Monday is less busy), and tables are not guaranteed. Walk-in tables are much more accessible before 6pm Monday - Saturday and all day Sunday.
What time will my walk-in table be at?
Walk-in tables are first come first serve - you will be allocated the next available time slot by our reception team.
Why can't I book for a group less than six?
Now you can! Groups of less than six can book a table during our quieter times (off-peak period: before 6pm Monday - Saturday, and all day Sunday). Advanced bookings in the evenings at Bounce are reserved for groups of 6+ as Bounce is specifically designed for groups - the energy and atmosphere would suffer indescribably if we had just two people playing on every table. If you'd rather not find five friends and would like to play in the evening, you are welcome to come down to Bounce and request a walk-in table which are allocated on a first come first served basis - although be warned, at peak times there is often a lengthy wait for these tables.
Do you have to pay to play?
Yes. Ping pong table hire fees are:
£15.50 per table for 30mins, or £29.50 per hour, after 6pm daily
£11 per table for 30mins, or £21 per hour, before 6pm and all day on Sundays
Every Friday night at 10pm there is a Games Table run by one of the excellent Bounce Games Gurus. This table is designed for as many people to play at once and is free for everyone to join in (excludes December).
Why are the tables so £££?
Bounce is specifically designed for groups: when you and 5 friends split the table hire - works out at £4.92 each after 6pm, or £3.50 each before 6pm. Not so expensive after all!
How long can I have the ping pong tables for?
Advanced Ping Pong table bookings can have a duration of up to two hours depending on the group size. For peak hours, minimum group size is six, and for off-peak, this is just two persons. Walk-in table bookings usually vary between 30 minutes and 1 hour depending on the number of guests and the demand for the tables.
Can I extend my table if I want to play longer?
If you can't get enough of Ping Pong, speak to the reception team on arrival to the venue regarding a longer playing time. If there is some availability they will be more than happy to allocate more playing time in line with your group size, otherwise they can offer you the next available table.
What table will I be on? Can I request a table?
Table numbers are allocated on the day of your booking. Don't ask for it before as it may change! We try our best to accommodate all requests, however from time to time we may need to move some things around. Certain tables are better suited for larger groups so we need to make sure every booking at Bounce has a sufficient amount of space around the table to get the most out of the Bounce experience.
Do we have to bring our own bats & balls?
No. Bats and balls are provided for you and your guests.
How many bats can I have?
Up to four bats are provided with all Ping Pong table bookings. If you would like additional bats, these can be requested witht the reception team.
Is the standard of equipment any good?
Our tables are the highest standard Butterfly tables available and the bats are top quality Butterfly bats.
What time should we arrive for our booking?
Ping Pong tables will only be ready for guests at the confirmed booking time as they are in use by other patrons before and after. Check-in with the reception team a couple of minutes before your booking and they will escort you down to your ping pong table. If you arrive early, enjoy the cocktail bar and pizza restaurant until your booking time.
Can we stay in the venue once the Ping Pong table is done?
Yes. Our venues have a restaurant available and a bar area where you are more than welcome to move over to after any Ping Pong playing - in fact, it would be rude not to!

Do you show football/sports?
Not regularly, however we do show the most popular matches and sports screenings in the venue, without sound. You can do your own commentary, it's fun!
Can I bring my tiny dog in? He is potty trained.
No. We do not permit any animals in the venue due to health and safety reasons.
