New Venues in Farringdon
Somewhere between The City and Clerkenwell, you’ll find Farringdon; a destination in its own right and an often overlooked place to find a cheeky after work drink or dinner. With an array of pretty decent pubs, a renowned street food market that takes over Leather Lane during lunch hours as well as numerous hidden restaurant gems, there are plenty of new venues in Farringdon to choose from.
Unusual venues in London tend to crop up more than a fresh meme on Instagram these days. Ok, maybe that’s slight overkill. There are a LOT of new venues in London, and there are also an increasing amount of new venues in Farringdon. It’s practically the new Soho. Whether you’re after a quirky café to pick up a morning latte made with ‘real’ coffee (not that sad excuse for coffee they serve in Prêt), a lunch spot that serves more than just a chicken, bacon, avocado baguette or perhaps even somewhere to frequent with your colleagues for a drink and a bite after a hard day’s work. Farringdon has it all.
To make things even sweeter, an old Farringdon local has had a revamp this August. Yup, Bounce, Farringdon is having a full on, full-frontal facelift, and my gosh has it rekindled Bounce’s youth.
Bounce doesn’t just look and feel younger though, this new Bounce is quite possibly the sexiest, sassiest, sauciest Bounce you’ve ever heard of, let alone seen.
It’s Bounce with Botox, and you’re going to fall in love.
Accompanying the whole new look and interior by Russell Sage is a new cocktail menu (including a gin & tonic with collagen in it – yes, really), new food menu, new hangout areas for you and your mates and a new dancefloor so you can get right on down to funky town. I’m not going to lie, it puts all the other new venues in Farringdon to shame.
